- Submit false or misleading profile information.
- Misrepresent their identity, company or authority.
- Send spam, unsolicited marketing or mass communications.
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
- Engage in behaviour that may damage the reputation of Worldwide Events, its attendees or event partners.
3. Delegate Data and Privacy
Delegate information is made available solely to support participation in the event and the development of genuine business relationships.

4. Data Scraping and Data Harvesting
Wyred users must not:

5. Fair Use of Messaging and Networking Features
Wyred is designed to facilitate meaningful business interactions before, during and after events. Delegate information and networking tools are provided to enable users to prepare for meetings, communicate with individuals they have met or engaged with through the event, and develop genuine business relationships arising from their participation.
Contacting another delegate is permitted where there is a legitimate business reason connected to the event, including pre-scheduled meetings or badge scans. Users must not use Wyred primarily as a source of leads for unsolicited prospecting or broad sales outreach.
Users must not:
- Send excessive outreach messages.
- Send unsolicited bulk sales messages.
- Use the platform primarily as a lead-generation database outside of the contacts provided through pre-scheduled meetings or connections made at events.

7. AI and Automated Tools
The use of AI tools, agents and workflow automation is permitted where it supports a user’s participation in the event and the management of relationships established through the event.
Users must not use such tools to harvest, aggregate, analyse or exploit delegate information at scale, or for any purpose beyond legitimate participation in the event and reasonable follow-up activities.
8. Monitoring and Investigation
Worldwide Events reserves the right to monitor platform usage, investigate suspected misuse and review platform activity where reasonably necessary to protect users, events and platform integrity.
9. Enforcement and Consequences
Worldwide Events may:
- Suspend or terminate the delegate’s access to Wyred and related platforms.

- Take legal action where appropriate.
- Report unlawful activity to relevant authorities or regulators.
No refunds, credits, or compensation will be payable where access or attendance is cancelled as a result of a breach of these Terms.

10. Reporting Suspected Misuse
Users who become aware of misuse, unauthorised access or suspected data harvesting should report it promptly to Worldwide Events.
